Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, no fee will be charged to your credit card. However, all cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a “no show” or cancellation fee that will result in 100% of the reserved service fee.

Pre- Appointment Instructions
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork.
Avoid caffeine, it can cause your eyes to flutter which can make applying lashes difficult for your stylist.
Post Appointment Instructions
Always avoid all products containing oil, i.e. Lotions, Cleansers, Makeup Removers, Eye Creams.
Wash your lashes every night. Washes will be available to purchase after your appointment.
Use your disposable mascara wand to brush your lashes daily.
